• No credit card required to start your free trial
• Full access to all features during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service
• One free trial per user/business

• Subscription Fees: Current pricing is $7.99/month or $79/year for the Pro Plan
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months, but you may cancel anytime
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• Failed Payments: Your account may be suspended for failed payments

You agree NOT to use tunustore to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Sell illegal, harmful, or prohibited products/services
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

You retain all rights to the content you upload, including products, descriptions, and images ("Your Content"):

• tunustore and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or services
• We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same

• We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions
• You agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions
• Standard payment processing fees apply (charged by payment providers)
• We do not charge transaction fees on top of processing fees
• Payouts are processed according to the payment provider's schedule
• You are responsible for tax compliance and reporting

• Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Effect of Cancellation: Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Data Retention: We retain data for 90 days after account closure
• Download Your Data: You should export your data before cancelling

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• Your Content
• Your violation of these Terms
